Thank you for completing your intake form. This call is where your formula moves from an idea on paper into an actual production plan, and it's the foundation for everything that follows: your test batch, your timeline, and your finished product.

What to Bring to the Call

Your exact ingredient percentages, along with clarity on where things stand for sourcing. Whether you're supplying your own ingredients and containers, sourcing some yourself, having us purchase and source on your behalf, or a mix of both, we'll confirm those details together based on what you shared in your intake form. Having this ready allows us to move through your formula efficiently and plan your production accurately.

What We'll Review on the Call

• Formula Details. We'll walk through your ingredients, ratios, and process from start to finish, so we both have a complete, accurate picture of exactly what you're bringing to us for production. This is the technical foundation the rest of the process is built on, so we take our time here.
• Sourcing & Packaging. We'll finalize who is sourcing what, whether that's ingredients, containers, or both, based on your preferences and what you indicated at intake.
• Sample Runs. With your formula and sourcing fully mapped out, we'll talk through your test batch: the size we'll start with, what to expect during sampling, and how we'll evaluate the results together before moving into full production.
• Timeline. We'll set clear, realistic expectations for your production timeline, from sample approval through your finished, ready-to-sell product.

Once the call wraps up, you'll receive a written summary of everything we covered, along with your test batch quote and production timeline, so you have a clear record to reference moving forward.

This fee is non refundable. It reflects the time and technical attention given to your project during the call, regardless of outcome.
