Shipping and Return Policy


Upon receipt of your order, we will verify it through your customer account, and processing time will begin. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays. Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information, and your package will be sent via USPS or UPS, Monday - Friday. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate, and we do not offer expedited shipping at checkout. If you select UPS or USPS, your order will be processed within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Please note we do not ship outside of the United States. 


In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email at within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your name, order number, photos, and a description of the damaged items. You will have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide the information required for a replacement or refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.


All orders that have been processed and assigned a tracking number are final sale, and no returns, exchanges or refunds will be offered unless there is an error or damage caused by Naturally Created Wholesale. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we are unable to accept returned products.


If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please file a claim with USPS or UPS. If you need assistance with filing a claim, please email us at for instructions.

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS and include insurance up to $100. If your package is delivered to your building office or mailroom and you do not have the package, it has likely been returned to the carrier. Please contact the carrier to make arrangements for redelivery, or have the package sent to a USPS or UPS location for pick up. If the package is returned to our shipping location, we will contact you once we receive the package.

Sometimes the carrier can scan something as delivered before it's actually physically delivered. In some cases, it can take 3-5 business days for your shipment to appear. In the meantime, check with neighbors, housemates, areas near your mailbox, and/or mailroom, in case your package was received elsewhere. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees, and we are not responsible for shipping fees due to packages being returned. We do not issue refunds for packages marked delivered but not received.


Our products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. If you are pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using any of our products. Please note that these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. 

Our products may appear inconsistent in color, but the color comes from natural ingredients, and no artificial dye has been added. Our handcrafted products are made with consistent formulas and ingredients.
