A: This service does not include labels. NCW does not offer any design or printing services for labels.
Q: Can NCW customize the formula for me before filling bottles?
A: No, we do not offer any product customization. The product formulas are the same as our bulk skin care options. Please refer to the ingredients on the product pages to learn more about what's in the product.
Q: Can I customize the formula once I receive it?
A: Our products are ready to be sold as is, but they can also be customized to fit your customers' needs. You can add additional ingredients to your products to enhance the product; however, please do so in small batches and at your own risk. Please note, we do not provide any resources to assist with altering our products so make sure you do proper research and testing before selling.
Q: What is the processing time for private label?
A: Orders including a product with 20 units or less have a processing time of 7–10 business days. Orders including a product with more than 20 units have a processing time of 10–14 business days.
