Getting Started
Private Label (Ready to Label): Perfect for businesses who want to be hands off. We make the product, prefill the container, and ship it to you to label and sell.
Bulk: Perfect for businesses who don't have time to formulate and make products but want to be more hands on. You purchase your own containers and fill them with our product, which gives you control over your packaging and allows you to create more behind the scenes content. Need help sourcing containers? Yes. Sample sizes are available for most products so you can test before buying.
We do not offer label design or print services. If you order private label, your product will arrive prefilled and ready for you to label. You can find the correct label size for your product here. If you order bulk, you'll purchase your own containers to fill.
We do not assist other companies in product formulation. We do not teach how to make skin care products or sell formulas. Although we've been asked several times, we do not believe this is something that God is asking of us at this time. Thank you for understanding.
We appreciate you asking, but we only manufacture the formulas we've created.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (unless otherwise noted), not including weekends or holidays, regardless of shipping method. Once processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Your package will be dropped off with the carrier within 24 to 48 hours of receiving that tracking number, and most packages deliver within 1 to 3 business days after that.
All orders ship from Louisville, KY.
Please note: processing time and shipping time are separate.
Email us right away at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com so we can confirm your order was received. Please include your name, address, and a general idea of what you ordered.
Email us at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to update the address, but if we're unable to, we are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address or for additional shipping fees. If the package is returned to us, we'll reach out with the reshipment cost.
Changes: Email us at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com to request a change to your address or contact info. Include your name and order number. Once a tracking number has been assigned, no changes can be made. We cannot change order items once placed. You'd need to cancel and reorder.
Cancellations: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us with your name and order number. After 24 hours, we'll try but cannot guarantee. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number issued, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery
No, we currently ship within the US only.
We ship with UPS and USPS. You can select your preference at checkout. Free shipping orders ship with the most cost effective carrier.
Not at checkout. If you need an order expedited, email us with your order number and delivery expectations and we'll let you know if it's possible. Expedited orders carry an additional fee.
If your package hasn't arrived within 3 days of the expected delivery date, email us at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com with your name and order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Most lost packages are located within 10 business days. If yours can't be located in that window, we'll send a replacement at no cost. If you'd rather have a refund, just let us know.
If 5 days have passed since the delivery date and you still don't have it, file a claim directly with USPS (Priority) or UPS. If you need help filing, email us at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com.
If your package was delivered to a building office or mail room and you don't have it, it has likely been returned to the carrier. Contact them to arrange redelivery, ideally to a USPS or UPS pickup location.
Naturally Created Wholesale is not responsible for packages once they're dropped off with the carrier, or for any reshipment fees due to returned packages.
Email us at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, 5 to 7 clear photos of the damage or delivered items, and a description. If you'd prefer a replacement over a refund, mention that in your request.
You have 7 days from your initial inquiry to provide the info we need. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
All products are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of the products.
Product Info
All of our products contain 100% natural ingredients, but not every ingredient is USDA certified organic. Organic ingredients are marked with an asterisk on the product page. Our goal is to offer high quality natural ingredients at an affordable price.
Ingredients are listed under the product description on each product page. If you have questions, email customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com.
Our products are ready to sell as is, but they can be customized. You can add ingredients to enhance a product, but do so in small batches and at your own risk. We do not provide resources for altering our products, so please do your own research and testing before selling.
Marketing & Content
Yes. We have a full library of digital guides and workbooks made specifically for beauty business owners, covering branding, marketing and sales, launch strategy, and social media content. Browse the full collection here.
We don't share photos or videos of our products. We encourage you to create original content that's exclusive to your brand and aligned with your goals.
Our photos and descriptions (other than the ingredient list) are exclusive to our brand and not available for use by other businesses. We encourage you to create your own original content.
