Which wholeale option is best for your company? 

Ready to Label: This is perfect for businesses who want to be hands off. I make the product, prefill the product in the appropriate container and ship it off to you to label and sell. 

Bulk: This is perfect for businesses who don't have the time to formulate and make products but do want to be more hands on in the process. This option gives you control over your containers and allows you the ability to create more behind the scenes content. 

Customized Skin Care: This is perfect for businesses who want control over their ingredients without going through the formulation process on their own. I use my tested and proven base formulas to create a desired product for your needs. To learn more about this program, please click here.

Yes, We offer samples so that our business owners can sample our products before deciding if they want to add the product to their product assortment. This is a small investment you are making into your business to test products before purchasing wholesale.  You can order the wholesale samples at naturallycreatedwholesale.com.

Our wholesale samples are a full size product and are available for individual purchase.

We do not offer any design or print services for product labels.

If you order Ready to Label, the product will arrive prefilled in a container ready for you to label. You can find the correct label size for your product label here

If you order bulk, you will purchase your own containers to fill with our product. 

If you need help with labels, we have videos on Instagram under our highlights to provide guidance on creating & printing your own labels at home.  

We do not assist other companies in product formulation. We do not teach how to make skin care products or have any formulas available for sale. Although we have been asked several times, we do not believe this is something that God is asking of us at this time. Thank you for understanding.

Although we appreciate you asking, we do not manufacture any formulas outside of the ones we have created. 

We only accept Paypal and Sezzle. 

We hear many people say to multiple your COGs by 3 or 4 to get your price. This is inaccurate and is not a pricing strategy. Pricing is a combination of understanding your expenses, target audience and your desired profit margin. If you need help with pricing your products for profit please check out our pricing guide for additional help. 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after placing your order (unless otherwise noted on our website), not including weekends or holidays and regardless of shipping method. Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Your package will be dropped off to the mail carrier within 24-48 hours of receiving your tracking number. In most cases, the carrier will deliver packages within 1-3 business days.

*Please note the processing time and shipping time are separate

If you did not receive an email or text message, please email us immediately to make sure your order has been received. Please include name, address and a general idea of items ordered. 

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email us at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to update your order & change the address if it's within the 24 hour window. If we are unable to process the update, we do not take responsibility for shipping to an incorrect address imput at checkout or additonal shipping fees incurred.

When the package is returned to our shipping location, we will reach out to you with the additional shipping charge to reship the package. 

How to Change An Order:

We try to fill orders as quickly as possible to get them shipped out. You can email us at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com to request a change to address or personal info such as email or phone number. Please include name, address and order # in your email.

Once item has been processed and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be changed.

We are unable to change your order items once the order is placed. You would need to request your order be canceled and place a new order. Please email us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

How to Cancel An Order:

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing order. Please send an email us within 24 hours to process your cancellation and refund. Send an email to customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com including name, address and order # in your cancellation request.  

We try to fill orders as quickly as possible to get them shipped out. If it has been over 24 hours, you can email us to request a cancellation but we cannot guarantee it will be processed. Please include name, address and order # in your cancellation request. 

Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been emailed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Shipping

No, At this time we only ship orders with the USA. 

We have partnered with UPS and USPS to deliver our shipments. You can select your carrier preference at checkout. Orders shipped with free shipping will be shipped with the most cost effective carrier. 

USPS Ground Advantage is a new shipping option offered by USPS. It's key benefit is it's affordability. The standard delivery time is 2-5 business days and offers insurance up to $100 on every package.

USPS Priority includes up to $100 insurance on every package within you shipping cost.This is not an expedited shipping service but it does offer faster shipping times with a standard delivery time of 2-5 business days. 

UPS includes up to $100 insurance on every package within you shipping cost.

We do not offer an expedited shipping service at checkout. If you need to request an order to be expedited, please send us an email.

No, we do not offer expedited shipping at checkout.

All of our orders are shipped with standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please keep in mind USPS Priority Shipping is not an expedited service. 

If you would like to request an order be expedited, please contact us via email with your order number and delivery expectations. We will review the info and let you know if we can expedite the order process. Please be aware there will be an additional fee for expedited orders.

In the unfortunate event that the carrier loses your package, please contact us via email at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com after the pacakge has been deemed lost after 3 days so that we can investigate this matter. Please include name and order number in your email. 

We will work with you and the carrier to find the best resolution for your lost package. Usually lost packages are located within 10 business days.

If your package is lost after 10 business days, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you. If you wish to receive a refund instead, please let us know and we will make it right for you.

Returns

Our carriers are working hard, but sometimes packages can be delivered to the wrong location and even stolen. In the unfortunate event that your package is not received within 5 days of being marked delivered please see instructions below: 

If your tracking number has been marked as delivered but you haven't received your order, please file a claim with carrier for packages shipping USPS Priorty or with UPS. 

If you need assistance with filing a claim, please reach out to our team via email at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com to receive instructions on filing the claim. All our packages are shipped via USPS or UPS and include insurance up to $100.

If your package was delivered to your building office or mail room and you do not have the package, it has likely been returned to carrier. Please contact the carrier to make arrangements for redelivery. It's best to have the package sent to a USPS or UPS location for pick up. 

If the package is returned to our shipping location we will contact you once we receive the package. The customer is responsible for any reshipment fees. We are not responsible for shipping fees due to packages being returned. 

Naturally Created Wholesale does not take responsibility for items not delivered once we drop them off at the carrier. Naturally Created Wholesale is not responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to packages being returned. 

In the unfortunate event that an order arrives damaged, please contact us via email at customerservice@naturallycreatedwholesale.com within 3 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue immediately. If you would like a replacement instead of a refund, please include that in your request. 

  • Please include name, order #, 5-7 clear images of the damages and a description of damaged items.
  • You have 7 days from initial inquiry to provide information needed for a refund to be issued. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment. 

All products are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products.

Product Info

All of our products contain 100% natural ingredients, but all of the ingredients are not USDA 100% organic certified. Organic ingredients will have an asterik next to the ingredient on the product ingredients on the product description page. 

We strive to offer affordable, high quality natural ingredients by offering ingredients that come from our earth. 

Our products are vegan with the exception of 2 products listed below. All other products on our website are 100% vegan. 

Our whipped body butter cream contains beeswax and is not vegan.

Our lash & brow growth oil contains emu oil and is not vegan.

Since our products are natural and do not contain any preservatives our products will last on average 6 months - 2 years if handled and stored properly. Please check product details for each item.  

No, the products do not need to be refrigerated if able to be stored properly out of heat and direct sunlight. If you wish to refrigerate the products, it will not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

Our products are ready to be sold as is, but they can also be customized to fit your customer needs. You can add additional ingredients to your products to enhance the product, however, please do so in small batches and at your own risk.

Please note, we do not provide any resources to assist with altering our products so make sure you do proper research and testing before selling.

General

Our containers and bottles are made from PET plastic. This type of material can be easily scratched and scuffed during shipping of products to our fulfillment center as well as to our customers. The marks are less noticable once the containers are filled and labeled. If this is an issue we recommend buying our product in bulk and purchasing a more heavy duty plastic or glass material to fill your own containers. 

We do not offer any videos or photos of the products. We encourage our customers to create their own  original content so that it’s exclusive to your brand and aligns with your goals. 

We do not allow our photos or product description (other than the list of ingredients) to be used by any other business. Our social media and website content is exclusive to our company.
