When It's Time to Pivot

Hey Beauty Boss,
It's hard to pivot, especially when you have seen success with what you have done. You are hopeful that things will turn around, but after months of putting your best foot forward, it's still not coming together. In today's time, things are changing quickly, and as business owners, we have to be able to adapt.
What worked before in my business hasn't been working. What used to sell off the shelves with little work has become one of my lowest-selling products. How sad. Seriously, it's okay to be sad about the products losing their star ability.
What can be even more sad is when we continue spending money on restocking a product that takes forever to sell, or post content when no one has interest.
I was talking to Claude again, and they were straight up with me. Stop wasting time with products that people are no longer interested in. Pour your time into what works and scale that. So that's what I'm working on.
I ran reports to look over all my data for the last 365 days. I downloaded a new app to help me identify the repurchase rate for products, time frame between orders, customer segments, and customer lifetime value. Gathering this info will help me identify exactly which products to focus on, improve timeframe between first and second purchase and move lost one time buyers to purchase again.
I love all my products, but all the products aren't earning their keep anymore. I need to pivot. I need to buckle down on what works instead of trying to hold on to products that aren't generating much profit.
