How to Sell Through Products at End of Year

Hey Beauty Boss, 
2025 is coming to a close and this is the last chance to sell through products sitting on your shelf before the new year starts. 
 
Here's a few ideas:

Create a "self care" or "reset" box. 
Put together a kit of 2-3 products and mark it down as much as possible while still making some profit. The goal is not to make the most sales, but to sell through the products that are nearing the end of their shelf life. 
You could create multiple boxes or create 1 mystery box. If you do a mystery box, you would need to choose products that work well on all skin types.
Personally, I would do 1 box (mystery or not) so that it's simple. 
 
Create a collection for End of Season.
Choose the products you need to move quickly and mark these down individually. End of year sales typically offer a big discount, so make sure you don't over discount, and lose money. Breaking even is better than wasting product and losing money. 
You could even add products that you plan to discontinue in early 2026 to start moving them out the door. 

Thank existing customers and move potential customers to make a purchase.
Hear me out on this. I got an email the other day saying, "You've been nice" enjoy a $4.99 sandwich reward!
It made me think about doing this for email list. If I use this idea I would do it something like this: 
I would choose 1 product that is easy to make and has a high profit margin. Let's use my face cleanser as an example.
I would segment the list out for purchasers of the face wash and people who had not purchased the face wash. 
The messaging would be restock vs try this within the email. 
The product currently sells for $12, so I would put it on sale for $7-$8. 
I thought the subject line was cute, but you could always use Chat to spice it up. 
*Don't send the email to people who just bought the product.
