How To Handle Rude Customers In Your Small Business

Hey Beauty Boss,

Yesterday, I got an email that rubbed me the wrong way. I see many posts in business groups where entrepreneurs ask for advice on how to respond to customers who seem rude, so I wanted to share my experience and a few things I do when responding. Ultimately, the most important thing is that our response honors God. 
 
Here is the process I go through when encountering a rude customer:
 
First, calm down. Sounds easy enough, but depending on the email, it can take a while. 
Second, do your due diligence in reviewing the email and finding out exactly what your customers need or want. 
Next, determine your solution. How do you think you could solve their problem?
Then, use Chat GPT to create a response based on your solution, or have it review your response so that it is professional. 
Finally, prepare yourself for a response email and repeat the process.
